Wellness Reporting

The Companion Watch mobile application includes a number of wellness reports. All plans provide a heart rate chart. The Premium plan also includes the following charts:

• Activity
• Respiratory rate
• Heart rate variability
• Active / very active

Notes

1. A plan is required to be able to use the watch
2. Any change or cancellation of a plan must be notified ten working days in advance of the renewal date
3. The watch must be on a plan to be eligible for a faulty replacement
