18. Mobile Network
-
The Companion Watch and many of the services offered via the Site depend on mobile network connectivity (including LTE-M and other cellular technologies). Service reliability, message delivery, GPS location, and alerting functions require adequate mobile signal strength.
-
Mobile coverage can vary by location and may be affected by geographic features, building materials, weather, local network congestion, or outages by third‑party mobile operators. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error‑free service and are not responsible for service degradation or failures caused by poor or unavailable mobile signal.
-
It is your responsibility to verify that sufficient mobile coverage exists in the locations where you intend to use the device. If the product being purchased uses LTE-M network do a postcode lookup on the O2 LTE-M page to verify that you have good signal strength.
-
If we believe the watch is unlikely to work reliably in the wearer's area we may reserve the right to cancel the order. In this situation a full refund will be paid.
19. Shipping and Returns
- Our Shipping and Returns policy explains shipping options, estimated delivery times, return eligibility, and refund procedures. The full policy is available at https://www.companionwatch.com/shipping-and-returns and on the Site.
20. Non Personal Use
