When will I receive my Companion watch?
Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Dispatch estimates provided are not guaranteed.
How will I receive my watch?
Your Watch will be delivered to your address as provided on your order using Royal Mail track and signature (recorded delivery). This is subject to order payment being received in full.
What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you believe your watch, charging dock, power cable or power plug may be faulty, please contact our customer service team who will attempt to resolve the issue. Should it be deemed necessary we will arrange a replacement for you. You will need to return your device prior to a replacement being dispatched.
How can I return my watch?
Please contact our customer service team for a unique order return number. They can be reached by telephone on 0800 622 6090 or email at email@example.com. Once we have supplied you with your unique order return number and delivery address, your watch, charging dock, power cable or power plug must be returned to us at your own cost and risk, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all its documentation. Please keep proof of your return receipt until we have confirmed receipt of your device.
How can I get a refund?
Any order completed over the phone or online may be cancelled within 30 days of submitting the order. If you have already received delivery of your Watch, you must return it to us at your own cost and risk, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all its documentation. Your refund of the purchase price will be processed once we have received the Watch.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we have confirmed receipt of your Watch your refund will be processed immediately.
