Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same (working) day and normally delivered the next working day.
- Orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked24 to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
- Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
Evaluation of Watch
- During the first 30 days you may evaluate the Watch to check colour, fit and functionality.
- It is not intended that the watch be worn continuously during this period.
- In order to qualify for a full refund the watch (including accessories), should be returned in a condition that would allow it to be resold on our website with minimal cleaning.
- If the watch is returned unfit for resale, any refund due will be reduced to account for the diminished value, necessary refurbishment, and any missing accessories or packaging.
Returns
Cancellation Right
- You may cancel any order within 30 days of placement. If the order has been shipped it will be necessary to follow the returns process below.
Defective Items
- If you believe an item (Watch, charging dock, power cable or plug) is defective please contact our customer service team to discuss the problem.
- If a replacement is required you will be provided with return instructions and a replacement will be dispatched once we have received the faulty item (unless otherwise agreed).
Refunds
Watch Refunds
- Returned items will be inspected on receipt to establish whether the watch meets our return condition requirements.
- Watch and accessories must be returned in the same condition in which they were dispatched.
- If the Watch is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value (for example: watch scratches, damage, visible strap use, missing or damaged accessories and packaging), we reserve the right to reduce the refund to account for diminished value, repairs or replacement parts.
- Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt. It may take up to 10 days following processing before the funds appear in your account.
Subscription Refunds
- If the Watch is found to be not fit for purpose, we will refund any subscription fee.
- If the watch is fit for purpose but is being returned for other reasons any subscription fees are not usually refunded.
